IT IS SCHOLARSHIP TIME!
The Vital Impact 2016 Scholarship Application Season has arrived! Please take a moment and read our mission – do you meet our eligibility requirements? Do you know of others who might as well? We do not award just one scholarship! This year we are excited to be growing – both in the number of scholarships we offer and the amount! We are now awarding a minimum of $1,500 compared to $1,000 in the past. This is huge and we are so excited!
We ask that you download the requirements Checklist to make sure you stay on top of the process. All applications must be completed and post marked by June 15, 2016. WE CANNOT CONSIDER ANY LATE APPLICATIONS! We do understand that securing both transcripts and professor recommendations can take time – that is why you will find them at the top of the list to accomplish!
We work hard throughout the year to raise funds to award these scholarships and are invested in growing our fundraising efforts to award even more in the future! We truly look forward to hearing from you! Review the requirements, print out the Vital Impact Scholarship Checklist to keep you on track and let the applications roll on in – we are ready for them!
Happy to be of help to those we can!
The Vital Impact Board of Directors
Vital Impact, founded in 1998, is one of the only organizations focused on providing support to women over 35 who are transitioning careers and enrolled in an educational program to achieve this goal. We do this by raising funds for scholarships for women throughout Massachusetts, who are eligible to apply. We are proud of these courageous women, many of whom have a passion for giving back, and a desire to make an impact in the lives of others in their communities and the world.
The mission of Vital Impact, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is to raise funds to provide life-changing scholarships for education to women in Massachusetts, who are at least 35 years of age, enabling them to transition to a more rewarding career and create the life they desire for themselves and future generations and building a community of empowerment and support.
